Yamaha Nepal successfully organized its Regional Sales Skills Contest in Kathmandu on 9th December 2024. The event brought together 11 top-performing sales consultants from Yamaha dealerships across Kathmandu, celebrating excellence in sales expertise and product knowledge.

To qualify for the contest, participants had to complete rigorous Auto Basic, Product, and Process Training, followed by a competitive test evaluating their proficiency in these areas. The highest-scoring sales consultant from each dealership earned a spot in this prestigious contest, ensuring that only the most skilled representatives took part.

The competition concluded with the announcement of the top three performers:

  • Winner: Bikash Ranjitkar from The Wheels Pvt. Ltd., Shallaghari
  • 1st Runner-up: Kushma Devkota from MAW Pvt. Ltd, Balkhu
  • 2nd Runner-Up: Sumit Maharjan from Gorkha Manakamana Auto Enterprises Pvt. Ltd, Ratopul

The competition saw enthusiastic participation from Yamaha dealerships and showrooms in Kathmandu. Contestants demonstrated their knowledge and skills, striving for the top honors. The winner and first runner-up proceeded to represent Kathmandu on a national stage to compete in the National Sales Skills Contest.

Mr Deepak Kumar Agrawal, ED and CEO of Yamaha Nepal graced the occasion, presenting trophies and certificates to the winner, first runner-up, and second runner-up. In his congratulatory remarks, he commended the participants for their dedication and hard work, stating, “At Yamaha, we believe in empowering our team members with the skills and knowledge they need to excel. This contest not only celebrates their expertise but also fosters a culture of continuous learning and excellence.”

As a token of appreciation, all participants received Certificates of Participation, recognizing their efforts and commitment to the brand’s values.

This contest marks the beginning of Yamaha’s regional sales contests, with similar events planned for other regions soon. Through initiatives like these, Yamaha Nepal continues to uplift the standards of customer service, ensuring its sales consultants deliver a premium experience that aligns with Yamaha’s global reputation for excellence.
