The management of Bottlers Nepal Annual General Meeting (BNL) has officially been called, setting the stage for key corporate discussions.

Both Bottlers Nepal (Bazalu) Limited and Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited will hold their respective Annual General Meetings (AGMs) on Poush 23 (corresponding to January 8, 2026).
This decision was finalized during the Board of Directors meeting held on Mangsir 10. While the AGMs are crucial for reviewing financial performance and appointing auditors, shareholders were informed of a significant outcome: No Dividend will be distributed this year.
Details of the Upcoming AGMs
Bottlers Nepal (Bazalu) Limited, a major player in the country’s beverage sector, will convene its 47th Annual General Meeting. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 3:00 PM at the Hotel Yak & Yeti, located in Durbar Marg, Kathmandu.
Following this, Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited will hold its 39th Annual General Meeting at the same venue.
The Terai company’s meeting is set for an earlier start, kicking off at 11:30 AM on Poush 23. Shareholders are expected to participate actively in these sessions.
Zero Dividend Declared
In a decision that impacts investors directly, the boards of both companies decided against recommending any dividend for their shareholders for the past fiscal year.
This announcement was made prior to the AGM call. The absence of a dividend is a key item that is expected to be discussed among attendees. Shareholders must carefully review the company’s financial rationale for this decision.
