In a major boost to the local tech ecosystem, Lumbini Tech Innovation Center and Radiant College have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to launch a landmark industry-academia collaboration.

The partnership aims to bridge the long-standing gap between traditional academic education and fast-evolving tech industry requirements. By combining Radiant College’s strong academic foundation with Lumbini Tech’s real-world expertise, this initiative will empower local youth, build a robust IT talent pool in the Lumbini Province, and equip students with career-ready skills for the global digital economy.

The alliance focuses on transforming how IT and computer science students learn, shifting from purely theoretical modules to immersive, hands-on experiences.
Curriculum Alignment: Co-developing and updating academic courses to integrate cutting-edge technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, and advanced Software Engineering.
Guaranteed Internships & Live Projects: Lumbini Tech will provide students with internship placements and direct involvement in live, real-time commercial and community technical projects.
Advanced Laboratory Support: Upgrading and utilizing modern computer and AI laboratories with cutting-edge software environments.
Mentorship & Faculty Development: Bringing experienced corporate leaders into classrooms for expert guest lectures and running joint faculty training programs to keep educators updated with market expectations.
Scholarships & Grants: Offering specialized financial incentives and grants for high-performing, innovative, and deserving students.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Dhan Bahadur Rana, Founder Chairperson of Lumbini Tech Innovation Center, and Mr. Ananta Pandey, Principal of Radiant College, alongside Mr. Krishna Sapkota, Founder Director of Lumbini Tech.
