Eligibility Criteria And Professional Requirements

• Chief Finance Officer Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA qualification with a minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience. Must possess deep expertise in Nepal Financial Reporting Standards (NFRS), taxation, accounting systems, and financial reporting analysis.
• Branch Manager Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred for Officer roles) with at least five years of overall banking experience. Preference is given to applicants with a minimum of two years of branch management experience in commercial or development banks.
• Relationship Manager Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in development or commercial banking.
