NMB Mutual Fund Schemes Announce Cash Dividend Distributions

Dividends have been officially announced for three mutual fund schemes operating under NMB Mutual Fund.

NMB Capital Announces Dividend 

NMB Bank Limited serves as the fund sponsor, while NMB Capital Limited acts as the scheme manager for these funds.

Cash Dividend Rates Declared Across Three Schemes

The dividend announcements apply to unit holders of NMB Fifty, NMB Sulav Investment Fund 2, and NMB Hybrid Fund L 2. The distribution details for each fund are as follows:

• NMB Fifty unit holders will receive a 3.15 percent cash dividend.
• NMB Sulav Investment Fund 2 will distribute a 10 percent cash dividend.
• NMB Hybrid Fund L 2 will distribute a 4.5 percent cash dividend.

All declared dividend figures include applicable tax components.

Board Meeting Decision and Book Closure Date

The board of directors of NMB Capital officially announced the dividend payouts following its board meeting held on 29 Shrawan.

During the meeting, the board decided to set the book closure date on Bhadra 8 Monday for one day to execute the dividend distribution process.

Eligibility Criteria for Mutual Fund Unit Holders

Unit holders registered in the company records following regular trading on the Nepal Stock Exchange NEPSE up to Bhadra 5 will be eligible to receive the announced cash dividends.
