Government Blacklists Seven Construction Companies for Three Years

The Public Procurement Monitoring Office under the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers has officially blacklisted seven construction companies for a three-year period following formal recommendations from various public entities.
Seven Construction Companies Blacklisted
Among the blacklisted companies, Namadeu Construction Service, Deura-Bajhang, whose principal person is Amrita Mahara, was blacklisted following a recommendation from Khatyadi Secondary School, Doti.
Similarly, M/S Bageshwari Multipurpose Construction Service, Ramechhap Construction and Santoshi Construction Service, whose principal person is Shankar Bahadur Pyakurel, have been blacklisted based on recommendations from the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Urban Development and the Infrastructure Development Directorate, Surkhet.
Likewise, Raman Construction, Dhanusha, whose principal person is Pawan Mahato; Sugam Construction Service, Dhanusha, whose principal person is Shyam Kishor Sah; and Om Infratech, Lalitpur, whose principal person is Uddhav Bhattarai, have also been blacklisted.
These companies were blacklisted based on recommendations from the Saldandi–Sandhikharka–Dhorpatan Road Project and the Department of Roads, Sandhikharka–Arghakhanchi.
