The Public Procurement Monitoring Office has blacklisted seven construction companies and suppliers for a period of one year following recommendations from various government bodies and public entities.

List of Blacklisted Companies and Recommending Entities
New JMB Order and Suppliers: Owned by Ramadevi Chaudhary of Nepalgunj, blacklisted on the recommendation of Jagannath Rural Municipality.
Swayambhu Suppliers: Owned by Tank Prasad Dhamala of Kathmandu Metropolitan City 15, blacklisted on the recommendation of the Central Zoo under the National Trust for Nature Conservation.
Ratna BS Construction Company: Owned by Ratna Bahadur Newar of Ramechhap, blacklisted on the recommendation of Manthali Municipality.
Balda Petrochemical Private Limited: Owned by Bikram Bahadur Budha of Dhangadhi Kailali, blacklisted on the recommendation of Jayaprithvi Municipality.
Biomed International Private Limited: Owned by Umesh Kumar Agrawal of Gairidhara Kathmandu, blacklisted on the recommendation of Shahid Gangalal National Heart Centre.
Nishman International Private Limited: Owned by Rabin Basnet and Manoj Basnet of Chaudandigadhi 10 Udayapur, blacklisted on the recommendation of Budhanilkantha Municipality.
JDMR Builders Private Limited: Owned by Raviprakash Singh of Gokarneshwar 8 Kathmandu, blacklisted on the recommendation of Shikhar Municipality.
Scope of the Penalty
Exclusion Period: All seven firms and suppliers are barred from participating in any public procurement proceedings for one full year.
Direct Impact: During the active blacklisting period, the penalized entities are disqualified from submitting bids or participating in any government or public sector contract bidding processes.
