Global IME Bank Board Proposes 10 Percent Dividend for Fiscal Year 2082/83

The Board of Directors of Global IME Bank Limited has officially proposed a 10 percent total dividend for its shareholders based on performance evaluation for fiscal year 2082/83.

Dividend Distribution and Financial Breakdown
Total Dividend Payout: The bank resolved to distribute a 10 percent total dividend derived from its distributable profits based on total paid-up capital.
Cash Component: The board allocated 6 percent of the dividend to be paid out directly as cash, which includes applicable tax allocations.
Bonus Shares: The remaining 4 percent of the dividend package will be distributed to shareholders in the form of bonus shares.
Board Resolution and Regulatory Approvals
Meeting Authorization: The decision was finalized during the 473rd Board of Directors meeting held on Wednesday, September 3, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
Regulatory Submission: The proposed dividend package will be submitted to the central regulatory authority, Nepal Rastra Bank, for formal review and approval.
Final Ratification: Following central bank endorsement, Global IME Bank will convene its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to obtain final shareholder ratification before disbursing the payout.
