Unilever Nepal Requests Shareholders to Dematerialize Shares and Update Bank Account Details

Unilever Nepal Limited has issued an official notice requesting its shareholders to dematerialize their physical shares and update their bank account details within their Demat accounts to streamline dividend distribution.

Dividend Payment and Share Dematerialization Details
Similar to previous years, the company plans to credit dividend payouts directly to shareholders’ bank accounts via the Interbank Payment System (IPS) based on the account details registered in their Demat accounts.
- Physical Shareholder Requirement: Shareholders currently holding physical share certificates must open a Demat account and dematerialize their shares to receive dividend payouts.
- Opening Demat Accounts: Investors without a Demat account can open one through the share registrar, Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited located in Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, or via any authorized Depository Participant.
Required Information Updates
Shareholders are requested to update their information in their Demat accounts or submit the required details directly to the share registrar via email at [email protected] or [email protected].
- Permanent Account Number: The shareholder’s official PAN details.
- Contact Information: The shareholder’s mobile/phone number and current address.
- Email Address: The shareholder’s primary email address.
