Position-Wise Qualifications and Experience Requirements
The career opening covers four specialized job roles requiring specific academic and professional criteria.
- Legal Officer: Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with Commercial Law as a core subject from a recognized university. Requires a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a practicing lawyer with an advocate license, with preference given to corporate, company, and banking law specialists.
- Chartered Accountant (CA): Candidates must have completed Chartered Accountancy with strong working knowledge of NRB Directives, BAFIA, Company Act 2063, Income Tax Act 2058, NFRS/NAS, AML guidelines, AMS, and RBIA. CAs without prior post-qualification work experience must not exceed 30 years of age as of September 27, 2026.
- Gold Loan In-Charge (Contract): Requires a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience as a Gold Tester or Gold Loan In-Charge in a financial institution, with background in gold loan operations, marketing, and metal purity verification.
- Gold Tester (Contract – Technical Staff): Requires at least 2 years of practical experience as a goldsmith or technical staff in a certified gold jewelry shop with hands-on expertise in verifying precious metals.
