Accord Pharmaceuticals is going to issue an IPO for the general public.

The company will issue 76,909 shares worth 76,900,000 rupees to the general public. The company has appointed NIBL ​​Ace Capital as the issue manager for this IPO.

The said agreement was signed by Bishal Pandit, Managing Director, on behalf of Accord Pharmaceuticals, and Sachindra Dhungana, Deputy General Manager, on behalf of NIBL ​​Ace Capital.

Accord Pharmaceuticals is a company registered in 2013 as a pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. The company launched a large-scale industry in Kathmandu Valley with significant investment and state-of-the-art equipment and started its commercial business in February 2021.

The company’s registered office is located in Subidha Nagar, Thinkune, Kathmandu.
