Asus Zenbook 14

15th Feb 2021, Kathmandu

ASUS Nepal launched ZenBook 14 (UX435EG), an all-new ultraportable laptop that combines superb performance and effortless portability with timeless good looks. Weighing as little as 1.19 kg, ZenBook 14 (UX435EG) is available with the revolutionary ASUS ScreenPad for enhanced productivity and is powered by up to an 11th Generation Intel® Core i7 processor with an NVIDIA® GeForce® MX450 discrete GPU (UX435EG).

This latest addition to the ZenBook Classic series also boasts a full array of I/O ports, a four-sided frameless NanoEdge display with a remarkable 92% screen-to-body ratio, and is available in two distinctive new shades — Pine Grey and Lilac Mist.

The intelligent touchpad evolved

ZenBook 14 (UX435EG) is available with the new and improved ScreenPad, an interactive secondary 5.65‑inch color touchscreen that upgrades the traditional laptop experience to enhance creativity and everyday productivity. Its upgraded ScreenXpert 2.0 interface presents a more intuitive interface design, with an operation that’s focused on the user experience — with smoother processing between screens and personalized multitasking workflows.

ScreenXpert 2.0 is supported by a series of handy ASUS utility apps along with a raft of quick controls, making it easy to boost productivity and manage work more smoothly between screens. ScreenPad is also intelligent, automatically fitting many apps into its touchscreen, while it’s effortless to add apps to ScreenPad for instant access. As well, the Link to MyASUS feature available with ScreenXpert 2.0, allows phone calls to be made via ScreenPad: just pair ZenBook 14 (UX435EG) with a phone and it’s ready to go.

ScreenPad also functions as a standard glass-covered precision touchpad, with intelligent palm rejection and four-finger smart-gesture support.

Effortless portability

ZenBook 14 (UX435EG) is designed for effortless on-the-go productivity, with a highly portable lightweight design and an outstanding battery life that frees the user to concentrate fully on the tasks at hand.

ASUS designers crafted the case to be as thin as 16.9 mm, so it’s wonderfully compact. The new machine is also remarkably light, weighing as little as 1.19 kg – so ZenBook 14 (UX435EG) is perfect for travel.

Powerful performance and ports

ZenBook 14 (UX435EG) is powered by up to an 11th Gen Intel Core i7 processor, delivering enhanced performance for effortless multitasking or entertainment. For silky-smooth visuals, ZenBook 14 (UX435EG) is equipped with an NVIDIA GeForce MX450 discrete GPU.

The new laptop also features ultra-fast storage, with 512 GB PCIe® 3.0 x4 SSD for superb all-round performance that makes any task easier.

When it comes to connectivity, ZenBook 14 (UX435EG) is seriously appointed. Along with gigabit-class WiFi 6 for high-speed wireless connections, there’s a comprehensive set of physical I/O ports, including the powerful new Thunderbolt 4 via two USB-C® ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, an HDMI 2.0 port, a 3.5 mm audio jack, and a microSD card slot.

Stunning visuals and design: Frameless NanoEdge display with 92% screen-to-body ratio

ZenBook 14 (UX435EG) features a frameless four-sided NanoEdge wide-view Touch-screen display, with slim bezels that create a 92% screen-to-body ratio for incredibly immersive viewing experiences with less visual distraction. This bright and clear display has a wide, 100% sRGB color gamut to ensure vivid colors.

It also benefits from a precision-engineered ErgoLift hinge that automatically raises the rear of the laptop slightly when the screen is opened, tilting the keyboard to the optimum typing angle. This action also lifts the chassis for optimized cooling and enhanced audio quality.

Finally, ZenBook 14 (UX435EG) is finished to impress, with two beautiful color choices. Pine Grey is a glossy shade that evokes calm and peace while also projecting a sense of professionalism. Completing this is the Lilac Mist choice that conveys a subtle touch of high-end luxury. Elegant and modern, charming and sophisticated, this gorgeous matte shade is a perfect match for the special off-center version of the iconic ZenBook spun-metal finish that adds character to an already timeless look.
