NIC Asia Bank Mutual Fund to Issue Closed-Ended Equity Scheme

NIC Asia Bank Mutual Fund is set to issue a new seven-year closed-ended mutual fund scheme named the NIC Asia Equity Opportunity Fund, managed by NIC Asia Capital.

Issue Size and Capital Structure
Total Fund Size: The scheme consists of 80 million units priced at a face value of 10 rupees per unit, bringing the overall fund size to 800 million rupees.
Promoter and Manager Allocation: 15 percent of the total issue, amounting to 12 million units, is reserved for the fund promoter, NIC Asia Bank, and the scheme manager, NIC Asia Capital.
Public Offering Allocation: The remaining 68 million units are designated for public subscription.
Subscription Guidelines and Timeline
Investment Range: Individual and institutional investors can apply for a minimum of 100 units (1,000 rupees) up to a maximum limit of 10 million units.
Subscription Period: The issue opens on Ashoj 7, 2083 BS, and will close early on Ashoj 13, 2083 BS. In the event of undersubscription, the submission deadline may extend through Ashoj 21, 2083 BS.
Application Channels: Submissions can be processed through C-ASBA approved member banks and financial institutions authorized by the Securities Board of Nepal, as well as electronically via the Mero Share online platform.
