Bhoj, a food delivery company, has acquired another similar company, Quickr Food. While expanding its services, Bhoj has acquired the prestigious Quicker of Biratnagar.
Using technology, both Bhoj and Quickr companies are doing food delivery. Bhoj claims that this is the first time that a technology-based company has acquired another company.
Bhoj has been delivering food and grocery items in Kathmandu Valley and Butwal and Bhairahawa for the past 5 years. It is stated in the statement issued by the company that Bhoj has collaborated with 900 restaurants to deliver food till 2 am.
Similarly, Quicker has been doing food delivery for the past 3 years with Biratnagar as its center. Quickr has been doing food delivery in collaboration with around 75 restaurants.
“We were looking to expand our service in Eastern Nepal, we got a strategic partner in Quickr Food. Now we will be able to provide food and grocery delivery services in Eastern Nepal as well,” said Niket Agarwal, co-founder of Bhoj.
