The patients of the country’s oldest hospital Bir Hospital, which is located in the capital of the country, will now be able to view their lab reports on their mobile phones.
The hospital has recently upgraded its lab technology in order to send medical reports of the patient via email and mobile devices.
With this service, patients are not obligated to go to the hospital themselves to get their medical report, said the head of the hospital Dr. Bhupendra Kumar Basnet.
For this, the patients have to register their phone number and email ID during the lab test. They can afterward view their report by opening the link received from the hospital.
