Anjan Kumar Dahal, a distinguished legal professional with over 22 years of experience, will take center stage at the “IT Dialogue.” As the Chairman at Biz Serve Legal, Mr. Dahal specializes in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Venture Capital, and Corporate Legal Management. His extensive legal background is complemented by a Master’s in Sociology and Political Science, various diplomas in conflict management and human rights, and certification as a trainer and Professor at Kathmandu School of Law.
Mr. Dahal’s noteworthy contributions extend beyond his legal practice; he actively participates in committees related to FDI for the Government of Nepal, showcasing his expertise in project finance, legal due diligence, and regulatory reforms.
