Suman Thapaliya has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cryptogen Nepal. The board meeting held on Thursday appointed Thapilaya as the CEO for the financial year 2022/2023.
Cryptogen Nepal is a leading security company in the cyber security domain providing cyber security services in Nepal and Bangladesh for the past 4 years. The company has been providing VAPT, IS Audit, SIEM, SOC, and other services.
Company founders Nirmal Dahal and Aditya Khati congratulated the newly elected CEO Thapaliya. Dahal is working as the CTO of Cryptogen Nepal and is the Account SOC Manager.
Cryptogen Nepal now has more than 25 annual customers and has provided cyber security services to more than 50. Together with Thapalia, Cryptogen Nepal aims to create safe cyberspace.
Thapaliya has professional certificates related to cyber security including CISA, CHFI, CEH, CEI, and CISCO. He has been continuously contributing to the company.
Thapaliya said that developing the company as a corporate group, will solve social challenges and create diverse value. He has been working in the field of cyber security for the past 10 years.
He is the IT Department Head of Texas College of Management. He has been leading in various areas of cyber security like SRIC, CSRI, nPcert, One Cover, etc. for the past 5 years. He is doing his Ph.D. in Cyber Security at Lincoln University College, Malaysia.
