The insurance claim was paid after Kunmaya Shrestha, originally from Ramechhap Doramba and currently residing in Kageshwari Manohara 9, Kathmandu, sought treatment at T.U. Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj.

The Tripureshwor Branch Manager, Deepak Pokharel, along with his team, handed over a cheque worth Rs. 2,42,000 to the hospital.

Kunmaya Shrestha, who had taken the insurance policy through agent Resham Lal Shrestha two years ago, expressed her gratitude for the timely financial support during her treatment.

The event was attended by several dignitaries, including C. Agency Manager Gita Rayamajhi, Agency Manager Hira Kumari Yonjan, and Sharmila Tandon, among others. During the handover, Shrestha thanked the team for their assistance, emphasizing the importance of the support she received while undergoing treatment.

C. Agency Manager Gita Rayamajhi expressed her happiness at being able to provide financial relief during Shrestha’s illness, wishing her a speedy recovery.

“We are pleased to be able to offer this support and hope it brings some comfort during this difficult time,” Rayamajhi said.

This act of support from Citizen Life Insurance highlights the vital role of insurance in providing financial security and peace of mind to policyholders during critical times.

The company’s prompt response and financial assistance underscore their dedication to customer care and welfare.
