The citizen app, recently launched as a trial by the government, has attracted a lot of users.
However, several people complained that they were unable to open an account. Since the documents were not found because the details of citizenship had been made mandatory in the app.
The Ministry of Home Affairs has announced the creation of an online system to resolve people’s grievances. The technological plans for the device have now been completed, according to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
