Citizens Bank International supports Seti Provincial Hospital in Dhangadhi with a Reverse Osmosis (RO) system under CSR, benefiting dialysis patients in Sudurpashchim Province.

Citizens Bank International Limited has donated a Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) water purification system to the dialysis unit of Seti Provincial Hospital in Dhangadhi-01, Kailali.

Provided under the bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, this donation aims to enhance life-saving healthcare infrastructure for kidney patients across Sudurpashchim Province.

Boosting Dialysis Services for Underprivileged Patients

Seti Provincial Hospital serves as a major healthcare hub in western Nepal. Its dialysis unit currently operates 21 dialysis machines across three shifts, treating approximately 242 regular patients.

Prior to the installation, bank representatives consulted directly with the hospital management to identify its most critical operational needs. A clean, reliable, and continuous supply of purified water is essential for safe hemodialysis treatment. By installing a dedicated R.O. system, the bank helped ensure a sustainable and safe treatment process for patients, particularly those from low-income and marginalized backgrounds.
