Daraz, one of the leading online shopping platforms of Nepal has recently organized an event- “Seller Summit” at Hotel Yak and Yeti. Targeting the registered sellers of Daraz, the company has hosted the game with a motive to introduce them to the latest technology of Daraz. More than 650 sellers showed their presence in the event.
During the event, Daraz has informed that it will operate its new mobile app from September 29. To make the service more convenient, the company has planned to launch the mobile app.
Mr. Bjarke Mikkelsen (CEO of Daraz Group) explained about the new upgraded Seller back-end system that includes three stages of the proceeding. The first step is a Revamped Strategy–in this stage, the seller will have tools that will facilitate them to make their campaign and interact with customers. The second stage includes Tools– which will be offered to sellers by Daraz and will perform control and quality service through the dynamic performance management system. The last step is the Business Process which guarantees that the system is seamless and foolproof.
CEO of Nabil Bank, Anil Keshary Shah announced SME Loan facilities for Daraz sellers and encouraged the sellers to emphasize this new system. With this collaboration between Daraz and Nabil bank, Nabil bank is providing digital payment gateway to the Daraz’s customers and sellers.

Likewise, Daraz also informed about Daraz express which will be facilitated to lessen delivery times, Customer returns and Customer pick-ups. Similarly, Daraz is bringing so many new and exciting offers on 11th of November known as 11:11 sale.
