DishHome is a DTH service provider in Nepal. Dish Media Network Ltd. operates its formed in 2010 after a merger between two DTH providers, Home TV and Dish Nepal.
DishHome is going to issue 2,385,929 shares worth Rs 100 to the public. Dishhome has already applied to the Nepal Securities Board for an IPO.
After getting permission from the Securities and Exchange Board, Dishhome has been informed to issue IPO to the public. In Ashad 2077, Dishhome had sought permission from the Securities and Exchange Board to issue an IPO.
DishHome was transformed into a public company in 2017 AD. Currently, DishHome has also started providing internet service.
DishHome is the largest HD and digital television channel broadcaster in Nepal. The service operates in 77 districts of Nepal and is active in all markets of Nepal.
