D’Rose a company which has been helping more than half dozen banks regarding branchless banking is now merging with Fin- Tech Startup Company City Tech.
City Tech aspires to make the organizational work of different company easy and efficient.
In an agreement regarding the merger, on behalf of D’Rose Nepal Bhusan Gauli and CEO of City Tech Sajan Sharma signed in the contract paper.
Both of the company claims that the merger will make the business stronger and exciting. Within a few weeks, the company will complete all the legal procedure and enter to market.
