Encryption has been a significant issue in today’s world. Everyone is concerned about the encryption used in the present. So what is encryption is what we need to know first prior to anything else. We have known something about data security and how crucial it has become in today’s date.
However, security is always an issue in the world where we have to deal with so much data that millions and billions have been spending to store them. Yes, these tech giants are the ones that have been paying on a lot on data centers because they don’t want their users who trust them to be raising a voice against them in the future. People these days share a lot on the internet.
It’s hardly possible to calculate the exact amount. So the need for their data being secure when it passes from clients to servers is carried out with the help of encryption. There are lots of things if we go deeper into this topic. The chances are we may never get to share everything as well. But the truth is. Encryption is the most effective way to achieve data security; however as every good thing has a dangerous aspect as well.
What if encryption is used by terrorist to send messages to their people so that they can carry out some nasty acts. What if countries use encryption to spy on other countries. Therefore the balance cant always is created with good things. On a serious note if there was no encryption the life we are living now would not have been possible. Anyone could have hacked into our accounts, known our credentials. Banks who depend on e banking would have been gone to ground and so would the eCommerce.

Over the last year, encryption has become a hot tech policy issue. Tech giants know that the need for encryption is critical, but the government is concerned about the data that is being sent through the internet as they won’t be able to read them because of the encryption. They would need a key to every encrypted document that they want.

David Cameron has signaled that he intends to ban strong encryption — putting the British government on a collision course with some of the biggest tech companies in the world. The British prime minister has a huge concern about the strong encryption that is taking place nowadays.
He also reaffirmed his commitment to tackling strong encryption products. Strong encryption is something that cannot be understood by anyone and need an exact key or password so that it can be realized. Thus the security forces and software company itself are in no luck to decipher those codes so that they can get the information about the encrypted data.
It looks like a war of data is soon to be on the go as a government is struggling to ban the encryption that has been able to run these tech giants. Just a government won’t be enough to take the encryption down, but it will be a significant loss if they are on the same agreement of data policy.
