Employees Provident Fund Contributes NPR 25 Million to Prime Minister Disaster Relief Fund

The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has provided financial assistance to support search, rescue, relief, and rehabilitation operations following catastrophic flooding in the Bhotekoshi and Trishuli rivers across Rasuwa district.

Total Allocation: The fund deposited NPR 25 million (NPR 2.5 crore) directly into the Prime Minister Natural Disaster Rescue Fund as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility initiative.
Executive Delegation: EPF Board Chairman Bhupal Baral, EPF Administrator Bijay Kumar Shrestha, and senior organizational executives formally presented the check to Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle at the Ministry of Finance.
Government Acknowledgment: Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle expressed gratitude to the Employees Provident Fund leadership and staff for their timely institutional support during the disaster.
