Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Management, Business, or Economics (M.Com/MBA/MBS/MA Economics) with a minimum first division or 3.30 CGPA out of 4, or a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 8 years of banking or professional work experience in Banks and Financial Institutions (BFIs) with exposure to hydro project or project financing, including at least 3 years at the managerial level.
Age Limit: Minimum 30 years as of the final application deadline.

Core Responsibilities: Overseeing the project financing lifecycle, evaluating financial viability and bankability, mitigating infrastructure risks, structuring financing for hydropower and renewable energy projects, and maintaining stakeholder communications across developers, lenders, and sponsors.
Managerial Level – Digital Banking and Cards Department
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Management, Business, Economics, or Computer Application with a minimum first division or 3.30 CGPA out of 4, or a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 8 years of banking or professional work experience in BFIs or Fintech companies with exposure to digital banking, cards, or fintech, including at least 3 years at the managerial level.

Core Responsibilities: Leading digital banking product development, mobile and internet banking channels, card business operations, fintech integrations, cybersecurity fraud monitoring, cross-functional digital initiatives, and implementing emerging tech solutions including AI/ML automation.
