In a historic event held at Hotel Aloft in Kathmandu on April 20, 2024, Mayako Pahichan Nepal organized the First Rainbow Tourism International Conference in Nepal, supported by USAID Nepal, World Bank Nepal, Nepal Tourism Board, and the European Union in Nepal.

Participants at the conference pledged their unwavering commitment to promoting diversity and inclusivity within the tourism industry, aiming to create an environment of acceptance and respect for all travelers.
