First Virtual Taekwondo Championship Starting Soon

On the 8th and 9th of, January will take place the first Sailung Virtual Taekwondo National Poomsae Championship. Norbu Moktan, Head of Sailung Taekwondo Dojang said that this competition is expected to involve approximately 300 competitors to participate.

In 14 events with the same ranking, men/women will compete with the same score of 7-7. In the category both (men and women) will play in the age 10 years, 12years, 15years, 17years, 18-30 years, 31-40 years, and more than 41 years will be played between men and women. Sailung Head Taekwondo Moktan informed that the competition will be sponsored by Shailung Municipality. Applicants must register by January 4 to participate.

Participants must send a maximum of 1 minute 30 seconds of video to the organizer from January 5 to 6. The participant’s video will be posted on YouTube for this genre collection. This category will win the video of the most-watched player & Rs 10,000 will be awarded in cash to the “most popular player.”

The competition was administered by five international judges. International judges include Norbu Lama, Ashok Khadka, Hira Bahadur Thapa, Min Neupane, and Vikram Khadgi.
