The summit, held in Kathmandu from September 12th to 13th, brought together industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators to discuss the future of Nepal’s infrastructure.

During the summit, Huawei’s President of APAC Digital Power Smart PV & ESS Business, Chen Yong, emphasized the company’s dedication to accelerating the global energy transition through its innovative digital solutions. Huawei’s Smart PV and ESS solutions, designed to optimize solar power plant performance and enhance energy storage efficiency, offer a sustainable and efficient approach to meeting Nepal’s growing energy needs.

“The global energy landscape is undergoing a significant transformation,” said Chen Yong. “Huawei is committed to supporting carbon neutrality by integrating low-carbon power generation, electric energy consumption, and digitalization. Our solutions are designed to help countries like Nepal achieve their sustainability goals while ensuring reliable and affordable energy access.”
