Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has announced a generous dividend for its shareholders. The bank will distribute a 7% bonus share and a 5% cash dividend (including tax) from the profits of the last fiscal year.

This decision was made during the bank’s board meeting held on Friday, September 13, 2024. The total dividend of 12% will be distributed to shareholders after receiving approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and the bank’s upcoming annual general meeting.
The bonus shares will increase the bank’s paid-up capital, while the cash dividend will provide a direct monetary benefit to shareholders.
