IME General Insurance Proposes 7.37% Dividend for 2076/77

IME General Insurance Limited proposed a dividend of 7.37 percent for the year 2076/77 to the shareholders.

The company has proposed a 7.37 percent dividend. From the total dividend, the Board of Directors meeting held on Fagun 4 proposed a 7 percent bonus share and a 0.37 percent cash dividend from paid-up capital for the year 2076/77.

The dividend will be paid out of the capital of Rs. 1.081 billion. As a result, the bonus shares of Rs. 75.750 million and the cash dividend of Rs. 3,986,842.11 will be allocated for tax purposes.

The dividend will only be distributed after the approval of Beema Samiti and the upcoming annual general meeting of the company.
