The event was designed to empower inDrive’s driver partners and engage media representatives by offering valuable insights on financial literacy, road safety, mental well-being, and customer service excellence — all essential elements in shaping a safe, professional, and welcoming ride-hailing ecosystem. inDrive is committed to improving the overall well-being of its drivers, in addition to providing employment opportunities.
The session covered a wide range of topics facilitated by distinguished experts:
Road Safety & Traffic Rules — facilitated by representatives from the Traffic Police, reinforcing the importance of safety on roads.
Financial Literacy — led by the Chief Growth Officer of IME Pay, Sanjeev Neupane, equipping driver partners with smart money management skills for long-term financial stability.
Mental Health Awareness — conducted by Founder of Happy Minds Shreeya Giri, who highlighted the importance of mental well-being for personal and professional growth.
Hospitality for Customer Experience Enhancement — led by Motivational Speaker Ranjit Acharya, who emphasized the importance of courteous service in enhancing customer satisfaction within the ride-hailing industry.
