Brand Recognition and Scalability: The nascent industry in Nepal faces challenges in branding, recognition, and scalability, with notably lower revenue per IT employee compared to Indian counterparts. Mrs. Mona proposed a well-defined strategy that included securing significant international projects and revising tax policies to stimulate enterprise growth.

Comprehensive Employee Training: To enhance the skill and confidence of IT professionals, Mrs. Mona Nyocchyon suggested emphasizing comprehensive employee training. Monal Tech actively promotes these measures, ensuring that Nepal’s IT workforce is well-prepared to tackle global challenges.
