The three-day event serves as a crucial milestone and a preparatory platform for the prestigious 17th Biennial Conference on Entrepreneurship, scheduled for February 24–26, 2027, at the EDII campus in India.
Since its inception in 1994 under the Centre for Research in Entrepreneurship Education and Development (CREED), the Biennial Conference has completed 16 editions, cementing its status as a cornerstone for entrepreneurial research.
Spotlight on Impactful Research: Empowering Dalit Women Through Agriculture
Among the standout research papers selected for presentation is a compelling study focusing on local economic transformation and social inclusion. Researcher Ankit Kumar Shah will present his latest paper titled:
“Empowerment of Dalit Women in Machhapuchhre Municipality Through Peanut Farming and Marketing Entrepreneurship”
This research directly highlights how grassroots agricultural entrepreneurship and targeted marketing strategies can uplift marginalized communities, foster self-reliance, and drive sustainable rural development in Nepal’s Machhapuchhre region.
