KCC Exhibit 2018 Marked; Vision For “Smart City”

Kantipur City College (KCC) exhibit 2018 concluded successfully on Friday at KCC premises. Organized by Center for Software Research and Development (CSDR) the event was hosted under the theme of Innovate, Integrate and Sustain.

Under the theme of “Smart City for Sustainable Development,” a vision for ‘smart’ city was discussed in a seminar.

In the exhibit, a model of eco-smart city, automated ‘smart’ traffic light system and many other projects and works were showcased. The two-day event was inaugurated by Vice-Chancellor of Purbanchal University (PU), Prof. Dr. Ghanashyam Lal Das.

Folks from various academic institutions, corporative house and ministry visited in the event. Likewise, individual experts and foreign volunteers of IAESTE (International Association for Exchange of Students for Technical Experience) also showed their presence in the game.

KCC exhibit 2018 was chiefly sponsored by Machhapuchchhre Bank Ltd. and was supported by Neosphere, Agni Moto Inc. Pvt. Ltd., WorldLink (internet partner), Chirayu National Hospital and Medical Institute, IT Training Nepal Pvt. Ltd., RR Shree School of Technology, CAN Federation, Department of Information Technology (DoIT), Nepal Information Technology Center (NITC), Nepal Telecom Authority (NTA) under Government of Nepal.

 Singer Astha Raut and comedian Jitu Nepal also showed their act in the event.
