Re-issuance of lost or damaged cards costs NPR 350 for one year validity. Blocking a card costs NPR 100, while unblocking is free of charge.
PIN regeneration costs NPR 100, and uncollected cards or PINs after six months incur a fee of NPR 250. If a card is not returned at the time of account closure while still valid, a fee of NPR 100 applies.
Wrong claim charges are set at NPR 250 per claim. Linking the card to an overdraft account costs NPR 750, while linking it to another account of the same customer costs NPR 100.
ATM transactions within KSBBL branches are free for cash withdrawal and balance inquiry. For other ATMs within Nepal, the first two withdrawals per month are free, and from the third withdrawal, NPR 20 is charged per transaction. Balance inquiries at other banks’ ATMs cost NPR 20.
For international usage in India, ATM cash withdrawals cost NPR 250 per transaction and balance inquiries cost NPR 50.
