Kumari Bank Limited has issued an operational update via its Digital Banking System Promotion Department regarding a scheduled platform migration and rebranding for merchant portal users.

Portal Migration and System Upgrade
Domain Migration: All merchants accessing the Fonepay Merchant Portal via the existing domain will be transitioned to the upgraded portal.
Schedule: The migration officially takes effect starting September 1, 2026 (Bhadra 16, 2083).

Rebranding and Account Credentials
App Renaming: The existing application will be formally rebranded under a new official title.
Credential Security: Merchant login credentials will remain unchanged post-migration, allowing users to log in with their existing details.
Support Helpline: Dedicated merchant support is available through the designated customer assistance contact number.
