Kumari Capital Limited a subsidiary company of Kumari Bank is going to issue Kumari Equity Fund from February 26.

The company will be issuing 80 million units worth Rs 800 million to the public from February 26, 2021, with the value of each unit is Rs 10.

This is a close-ended 10-year scheme.

From offered units, 15% were secured for its promoter, Kumari Bank. The remaining 68 million was to be issued to the general public.

Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 100 and a maximum of 8 million units of mutual fund units.

Interested investors can apply the application early on March 2 and lately on March 12.

Interested applicants can apply from all BFIs and meroshares approved by the ASBA.
