Huawei announced Huawei Mate S smartphone on September 2015 and released it on October the same year that comes up with an Android OS v5.1.1 (Lollipop) which is planned to upgrade to v6.0 Marshmallow. This phone has a dimension of 149.8 x 75.3 x 7.2 mm (5.90 x 2.96 x 0.28 in) with 7.2 mm thickness and weighs about 156 grams.
This phone supports HSPA/ GSM/ LTE network configurations. It uses Nano-SIM technology with Optional Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by). The display is of 16 M colors and has AMOLED capacities touchscreen. The screen size is 5.5 inches, and the screen-to-body ratio is 73.9%.
