Due to lockdown, many people are staying in their homes, traveling from couch to the dining table, and then dining table to bed. No need to go to the office or school, can’t meet friends and relatives, can’t go to the gym. People have had no physical movement during this lockdown.

Locking yourself inside your room to prevent yourself from COVID-19 is not just a healthier approach. Due to less exercise and a dull mind, you can have much mental and physical unease. To reduce any kind of these problems, while sitting in your home you can do meditation.

Meditation on your own during the lockdown. It sounds complicated, right? To guide yourself, who have no or few ideas about meditation
