Ajaya Budhathoki has completed his Bachelors in Mass Communication and Journalism from National Integrated College. He is now the Post Graduate student of Conflict, Peace, and Development, Tribhuwan University. He is also the Fifth Year Student at National Law College, Tribhuwan University.
Mr. Budhathoki has completed his internship in the Supreme Court of Nepal and currently, he is doing his internship at Transnational Law House. He has served as founding President of Nepalese Law Student Community (NLSC) He is also a founding member of Rotaract Club of Kathmandu Metropolis. He has participated in Nepal Internet Governance Forum (NIGF) 2017. He has also worked under Asst. Prof. Dr. Atul Pokharel (New York University) as his enumerator and entrepreneur.
He will be speaking on cybersecurity as human rights. Under this topic, he will be dealing with two subtopics. One is access to the internet as a human right? Another is how secured our human rights on the internet?
