Microsoft launched a new smartphone of the Lumia series called Lumia 640 XL LTE. It was released in April. The 5.7-inch Smartphone with a touchscreen display with a resolution of 720×1280 pixels works on LTE Network and has an extended life battery as well as the good rear camera.

The screen is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The OS used in the smartphone is the Microsoft Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Denim. It’s also got Adreno 305 as GPU and works on 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm MSM8226 Snapdragon 400 processor. The internal memory is 8GB with RAM of 1 GB. External SD card also can be used with the smartphone.

The smartphone also comes with a good camera as well as big screen size which is often hard to be found within budget Smartphones. It is the souped-up version of the company’s 5-inch Lumia 640.

The rear camera is 13MP which records video of 1080p@30fps. The secondary camera is 5MP. It also possesses sensors like Accelerometer, proximity, compass, sensor core. It uses an extended lasting battery of 3000 MAH.
