The Ministry of Health Population (MoHP) announced that a total of 1060 samples of COVID-19 has been tested across the country. No casualties reported due to coronavirus until now. There has been a report of 5 COVID-19 cases, among them 1 has recovered.

MoHP has informed that there are 87 people suspected of coronavirus infection. They have been admitted to isolation wards in different hospitals.

“Ten suspected COVID-19 patients are at the isolation ward of Sukraraj Tropical and Infectious Diseases Hospital (STIDH) at Teku, Kathmandu”, says Dr. Bikash Devkota. 77 other patients are admitted to various other hospitals outside Kathmandu.
