Mobile Phone Importers Association Contributes Rs 3.1 Million for Bhotekoshi Flood Relief

The Mobile Phone Importers Association (MPIA) has provided Rs 3.1 million in financial assistance to support relief, rescue, and rehabilitation efforts for citizens affected by the devastating floods and landslides in the Bhotekoshi River region of Rasuwa.

Handover Ceremony and Official Delegation

The monetary aid was formally presented to government leadership to be deposited directly into the Prime Minister Disaster Relief Fund.

• Executive Delegation: MPIA President Deepak Kumar Malhotra, Vice President Sanjay Agrawal, and members of the executive committee represented the association during the presentation.
• Government Handover: The delegation officially presented the collected contribution to the Finance Minister.
• Destination of Funds: The financial assistance will be managed under the central relief account to facilitate organized relief distribution and infrastructure rehabilitation.
