Muktinath Development Bank and Sipradi Trading Sign MoU for Commercial Vehicle Financing

Muktinath Development Bank and Sipradi Trading Private Limited, the authorized distributor of Tata vehicles in Nepal, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to offer financing for Tata pickups and small commercial vehicles.
Muktinath Bank Signs MoU with Sipradi
The agreement was formally signed by Muktinath Development Bank CEO Tara Manandhar and Sipradi Trading Vice President Saurabh Raj Thapaliya.
Financing Terms and Loan Limits
Distribution Network: Concessional vehicle loans will be available through all 176 branches of Muktinath Development Bank for purchases made via authorized Sipradi Trading dealers.
- Electric Vehicles (EVs): Financing coverage available up to 60 percent of the vehicle value.
- Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) Vehicles: Financing coverage available up to 70 percent of the vehicle value.
Target Sector and Ancillary Loan Offers
Target Audience: The financing package aims to assist entrepreneurs, farmers, and small enterprise owners purchasing commercial vehicles for business expansion and transport needs.
Additional Financing Options: Alongside the auto loan collaboration, Muktinath Development Bank has highlighted competitive interest rates across its agriculture and SME loan portfolios to support small-scale business growth in Nepal.
