Meeting Schedule and Book Closure
- Board Decision: The decision to convene the AGM was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on August 24, 2026.
- Date and Venue: The AGM will take place at Anmol Catering Service Private Limited in Shankhamul, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM.
Book Closure Date: The shareholder register will remain closed starting September 3, 2026. Shareholders registered prior to this date will be eligible to attend and participate in the meeting.
