The National Excellence ICT Award 2022 was held on May 2, 2022, on the occasion of National ICT Day.
Every year the government marks National Communications and Information Technology Day on May 2. Thus, the ministry has decided to distribute the ICT awards on the same day.
The award recognizes the diversity of national interaction and the need for a common recognized platform and standard of excellence that recognizes the great breadth and impact of the IT industry, with participation from a variety of sectors.
This Award platform provides both professionals and students with practical examples of great work in Nepal’s ICT sectors and serves as a reference for interaction between the community and IT sectors to establish a strong e-society.
The list of National Excellence ICT Award 2022 for the top five individuals in each category is as follows:
- Pankaj Jalan- National ICT Excellence Award-2022 (Men)
- Roja Kiran Basukala- National ICT Excellence Award-2022 (Women)
- Ingrails Pvt- National ICT Award-2022 (Private Sector)
- Nepal Army- National ICT Award-2022 (Public Sector)
- Sibjan Chaulangai- National ICT Innovation Award-2022
