Program Highlights and Key Leadership Addresses

The workshop was chaired by the company’s Chairperson Prema Rajya Lakshmi Singh and attended by Chief Executive Officer Suresh Prasad Khatri, senior management, departmental heads, and over 300 employees.

• Technological Adaptation: Chairperson Prema Rajya Lakshmi Singh highlighted the importance of technological empowerment, particularly emphasizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital connectivity training to adapt to changing market dynamics.
• Outstanding Employee Recognition: Seven employees were honored with the Best Employee Award 2083 along with cash prizes and appreciation certificates for exceptional performance: Shivesh Thakur (Itahari), Gita Kumari Thing (Bardibas), Rukmani Kumari Sharma (Kathmandu), Anil Shrestha (Birauta), Subas Mani Pokharel (Nepalgunj), Pramila Malla (Nepalgunj), and Bishnu Jung Shahi (Jajarkot).
• Customer-Centric Operations: CEO Suresh Prasad Khatri stressed high standards of customer service, operational transparency, regulatory compliance, and proactive problem resolution to reinforce institutional trust.

Training Sessions, Executive Panel, and Activities

• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance: Shambhu Raj Lamichhane, Director at the regulatory body Nepal Insurance Authority, conducted a session on preventing money laundering risks within the insurance sector.
• AI and Professional Conduct: Practical AI application training was delivered by trainer Bishwa Raj Poudel, while trainer Sanjog Koirala conducted sessions on professional behavior, institutional branding, and workplace ethics.
• Team Building and Interactive Modules: The four-day event featured inter-departmental panel discussions, performance evaluations, employee drama performances covering operational scenarios across all seven provinces, sports competitions (futsal, table tennis, tug of war), and an excursion to Karnali Chisapani.
