NC Agrotech Industries IPO: 1.8 Million Shares Offered in Nepal

NC Agrotech Industries Limited is preparing to launch an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 1.8 million ordinary shares. Each share has a face value of NPR 100. Global IME Capital Limited will manage the issuance and sales of the IPO.

The two parties signed an agreement at a special event held at Global IME Capital’s office in Naxal, Kathmandu.
The company registered on 28 October 2018 AD, operates from its central office in Tokha Municipality, Kathmandu. Its production facility is located in Gaidakot-14, Nawalpur. NC Agrotech Industries supports Nepal’s Agriculture Decade campaign by promoting agricultural self-sufficiency. It produces fresh mushrooms using local agricultural waste and exports medicinal mushrooms like Yarsagumba, Lion’s Mane, and Shiitake. The company also processes mushrooms into dried products, soups, and canned items.
NC Agrotech Industries produces compost for mushroom farming and supplies it to farmers nationwide. It converts residual compost and bamboo waste into eco-friendly charcoal. The company also manufactures bamboo-based products such as toothpicks, sausage sticks, and incense sticks.
Additionally, the company provides training on commercial mushroom farming and supplies mushroom spawns. It uses advanced technology to enhance production and promote sustainable practices. The IPO aims to raise funds for expanding operations and supporting Nepal’s agricultural sector.
With this public offering, NC Agrotech Industries aims to expand its role in eco-friendly agriculture. Its production capacity is set to increase, supporting the growing demand for sustainable farming solutions.
