Ncell Centre in Lahan

Ncell Axiata Limited has opened its new Ncell Centre in Shahid Chowk, Lahan with a new set-up, aiming to provide world-class customer services locally from a single touch-point.

The new center in Lahan was inaugurated by Jabbor Kayumov, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Ncell on Thursday amid a special function. With this, the center has now come into full-fledged operations to provide all customer services.

Established in line with the company’s brand promise Today, Tomorrow, Together, the center provides all customer services, ranging from a general inquiry on products and services to SIM subscriptions, internet setting to various enterprise services. The center also caters to customers’ other requirements such as upgrading SIM cards to 4G USIM, change of SIM, conversion from SIM to e-sim, modification of CUG numbers, biz plans, international roaming, bill payments, balance recharge, and transfer, among many other services.

“At Ncell, our main focus is to create value in services for our customers,” said Jabbor. “The new center in Lahan is a part of our commitment to serving our customers with world-class customer services locally.”

The center remains open from 9 am to 5:30 pm, 7 days a week. Prior to this, Ncell had been providing customer services for the last 10 years from its old center in Lahan. The company operates 34 Ncell Centres across the country as a part of its effort to reach out to customers locally to serve them conveniently and enhance the customer experience.
